Shipping Policy
Our shipping schedule, how we handle weather, and what we guarantee on arrival.
We ship once per week on Monday mornings via FedEx Priority Overnight. To ship that week, orders must be placed by Saturday at 11:59 PM EST. Orders placed after the cutoff move to the following week's shipment.
Monday shipping ensures overnight packages arrive Tuesday — packages never sit in warehouses over the weekend. It also gives us time to monitor departure and destination weather before we pack, dramatically reducing risk during transit.
Our goal is simple: safe arrival over speed.
We monitor temperatures at our location, your location, and on the expected delivery day. Weather is re-checked Sunday evening before we pack. If conditions fall outside our safe range, your order moves to the next available safe shipping window and we will notify you. No action is needed on your end — we would rather delay a shipment than send one unsafely.
These guidelines determine what protective measures are required:
Hub pickup means your shipment is held at a FedEx location for you to collect, rather than delivered to your door. This reduces time on delivery trucks and minimizes exposure to temperature extremes. You will receive tracking information and pickup instructions via email.
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all FedEx Priority Overnight shipments where hub pickup is used. This guarantee does not apply to home delivery. To qualify:
- Package must be picked up on the first available delivery attempt.
- You must contact us within 2 hours of hub pickup with clear photos and video of the package and spider.
When all conditions are met and an issue occurs, we make it right — a replacement spider of the same or comparable regius, no questions asked. Contact outside the 2-hour window cannot be honored.
