Heritage Regals ("we", "us", or "our") operates a spider lineage and ownership tracking platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Information We Collect

Account information

You sign in with Google or Facebook. We receive your name, email address, and account ID from the provider you choose.

Regius ownership data

We store the activation codes you claim and associate them with your account.

Usage data

We may log basic activity such as login times and page visits for security and debugging purposes.

To display your lineage and ownership history
To contact you regarding your account if necessary

Google Sign-In

We use Google OAuth 2.0 to allow you to sign in with your Google account. When you use Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID. We do not receive your Google password.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Regius ownership records may be visible to other registered users as part of lineage tracking features.

We do not share your data with advertisers or analytics providers.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below and we will process your request within 30 days.

Security

We do not store passwords — sign-in is handled entirely by Google or Facebook. Authentication tokens are signed and expire. We use HTTPS in production to encrypt data in transit.

Your Rights

Access the personal data we hold about you

Disconnect your Google account from Heritage Regals at any time via your Google account settings
